And now I binge....

I know I've posted before about how I am trying to recover from an eating disorder because I was hospitalized and in inpatient for rapid weight loss. Last week I posted how I was eating 1300 calories on trying to recover. I was told to eat more. So I tried it and now I can't stop. My first week home went ok... The first 4 days I ate about 1300 per day. But these last three I binged. I feel horrible, like I'm about to explode. I probably are at least 3500 calories maybe even more. I'm a 16 year old male and I know some of my peers eat like this regularly but I feel like I would rather be back in the hospital or dead than feel this guilty. Is it normal to binge at first in recovery? Will I be able to get my control back?

42 hour binge

totally gave up and have been binging for the past 48 hours. massive amounts of ice cream, cake, cookies, cheese, chips, granola bars, etc... so gross. so full. so bloated. i just want my normal body back asap and to never repeat this mistake but in the back of my mind i know i will. i know how to eat right. i know i can eat right. and then after a few weeks i just find myself making the conscious decision to say "screw it."

this is my worst binge yet. some words of encouragement, advice, motivation to never repeat this, etc. would be much appreciated.

Huge binge, feeling so ashamed and still hungry today :(

Hi guys, I don't know what came over me yesterday. It's like when I started eating, my body just wanted more, more, more and I could not stop :( I ate just over 3000 calories yesterday, when CC calculators reckon my maintenance is about 1750.

I knew I would probably overeat a little yesterday, it was a friend's birthday party with a bbq and drinks and all that. But I eat healthy before I went, and told myself to be sensible. I ended up having 2 chicken wings, 1 roll, 1 rib, 1 chicken drumstick, 2 sausages, then countless pieces of cake and chocolate - it's always the sweet stuff that really gets me :(

The weird thing is I didn't even get that overly full feeling until just before I went to bed (after eating another cookie..). And I am actually hungry again now - I've drank a big glass of water to make sure I'm hydrated.

I'm in a real dilemma now. I was planning on upping my calories a little during the week with the aim of not feeling the urge to binge at weekends, and eating back my exercise calories. I am not in a position to do loads of exercise - I've been really pushing myself lately (only had a few days off exercise in the past 3-4 weeks) and now my CFS and other life stuff (got alot of bad family stuff going on right now, plus I am having to start some work so I will have less time and energy to exercise) means I am feeling quite exhausted.

I wish I was able to purge it all. I wish I had the willpower to stop myself in the first place. I am trying to maintain around 114lbs at 5'4, 22, lightly to moderately active, and this amount of food is just too much! I feel like I shouldn't eat atall today, but I'm hungry :(

If I ate more in the week, I worry that I would just gain and still lack the willpower not to binge at the weekends. I have such a sweet tooth... help me guys :(

15 pound binge weight gain won't go away

It was my boyfriends birthday.over ate cals by 1200 on both days. Carbs were around 400gs both days. Went from 129 to 145 in two days. I know it's mostly water but I feel and look awful. It won't go away. I've been eating low carb and drinkin tons of water and it won't go away. I've also done intense cardio today with lots of layers to sweat it out. I really don't know what else to do.

Choosing to binge eat

I used to restrictively eat, then started eating and exercising healthily, then started to try and intuitively eat, but that turned into binge sessions, now I am bingeing all the time and I feel like it will never stop. I have read all the advice on how to handle it, but I think I've become addicted to bingeing and I love it. I almost don't want to stop, except it is so bad for your health and I am gaining weight. What should I do? a lot of the time I think I mistake other signals for hunger signals and then this turns into a binge session. Sometimes I recognize that it's a binge and I don't stop and I keep going and forget that I had felt full before, it's like I just started eating. Food hypnotizes me or something. I don't know what to do. I've been told to do a diet plan and I've tried that but I feel like I will miss the binges because they are so comforting.
