Sooo for awhile I was doing really great on here and lost 12 lbs in a month and a half ish, and I was feeling/looking better. I decided to take a short break, and that turned into a few month break. Although I haven't gained much, if at all, back, I can still tell my body is not in shape and I just have unwanted fat. I'd really appreciate any advise to help me start goin again. Thanks everyone.
