stairmaster suggestions
 So I typically do the stairmaster for about an hour a day before my workout. I usually warm up at 50 then go up 5 every ten minutes. With each song that plays I walk backwards, forwards, or sideways on the stairs themselves but was wondering some good suggestions or alternatives you guys may use and seem To be working. Thank you
