John tesh radio show- new study's show skipping breakfast is good for you
You know how, for years, people have preached that breakfast is the key to living healthier and losing weight? Yeah. John Tesh on 102.3 just said, this morning, that studies are showing that people who skip breakfast consume way less calories in the day. And that people who eat breakfast are more likely to be obese than people who skip breakfast.
