Will my skin ever be a normal, tight one?

Hello all, I'm new to the site. I'm a 15 years old guy now and I've lost 44-45 kilograms (I guess it's close to 100 pounds) in 1.5 years. I walked everyday at first but then I stopped walking or doing any exercises but I was successful with my diet and that made me lose weight. But the biggest problem I have is loose skin after weight loss. I have stretch marks too and it makes it look even worse. My chest is good, it's not even loose but my stomach is loose as hell. I don't want to look at mirrors and I don't find my weight loss very rewarding just because of that. The line between my stomach and groin is still there and I don't feel very different from the times when I was overweight. It really ruins my psychology. I talked about surgery with my mom but she is totally against it. I've been doing exercises for some time but they just make your muscle, which is under the skin, bigger and doesn't really help. It's been close to a year since my weight loss. I consider myself kinda unlucky.

I've heard that skin adapts itself to the new body in some time as it's a living part of our bodies, but in some cases, they don't. What do you think?
