Going away in 2 months, over the past half a year ive gained 11 pounds I want to get back to how I was I just genrally feel uncomfortable in my skin the way I am now and alot of my clothes are tighter especially my bras I want to back to how I was or close to it by early august can I do this with healthy eating, walking/biking instead of driving and home exercise.
