New Line We Love: Orico London

It's super rare that I find a line that fits the crazy-high standards I like to hold for my organic products.  Not only do they need to be recyclable, eco-cert and cruetly free, but also should not smell like hippies (sorry, Rachel) and quite obviously be cool, too. So when I do find something that fits all those crazy standards and is amazeballs to boot, I'm really impressed.

So, right now I'm really impressed! Orico London is a relatively new line of organic products for face, body and baby, designed to combat the skin stressors associated with city living: pollution, stress, air-conditioning and heating. [Ed. note: Sounds like this was made for me. - RJ] And, while the line is humungo (not to mention chock full of all sorts of skin-nourishing antioxidants), there are three products in there that I've fallen in love with -- and you will too.

Pure Uplift Firming Face Elixir, $49: This super-light serum literally makes my skin feel firmer in seconds. Plus, it's got glycerin, which smooths those annoying fine lines I'm starting to get while blocking all aforementioned environmental stressors. Did I mention it absorbs instantly? Amazing; now I can layer my SPF lotion on top without waiting like I usually do.

Rush Hour Vibrant Dry Body Oil, $40: The first dry body oil I've ever tried that actually feels dry. This sh*t is legit. I pumped a ton on my skin, rubbed it in (not even very well), and threw on my favorite VINCE silk shirt without thinking (and then, of course, proceeded to have a heart attack). And, lucky me, my shirt didn't get stained like it would have with most other oils.

Little Love Protecting Baby Skin Balm, $24. This tube has not been more than two feet away from me since I got it. The formula has neroli, shea butter and sunflower oils to help soothe skin from head to toe -- especially designed for the little ones, though. It's not greasy. It's not sticky. It's just gone and my skin is left baby soft. I'm gonna start hoarding their baby products, so if they're sold out, you guys know why.
