Hi, I just got a screening done to know what my weight distribution is and it turns out I have a too high body fat percentage...
What's weird is that to compensate it's not the muscle that's slightly less than average but instead it's the blood cells percentage!
This is so weird, even my doctor didn't know why that was but it's not such a great difference from normal so she said not to worry... I'm still curious though, so do any of you have an idea of what happened?
And also, how do I get rid of body fat without losing weight??
