So far, My stomach looks like it gotten bigger and my body and stomach feel sore. Whenever I poke my stomach it hurts a bit like If I were poking a bruise. Is this water retention? If so,
1. Should I ignore it and keep on eating?
2. Should I drink more water to make it go away or should I just leave it alone?
3. Should I eat less sodium?
This is kind of worrying me, Thanx for any of the help!
