Okay so I've thought I'd start jogging today on my wii. I just wanna know if I try doing this everyday and jog a mile and a half in 10 minutes would it tighten my belly and legs? In also going to do squats, lunges, and lift my weights. If I don't jog ill do sit ups/crunches. I know if I really watch what I eat my stomach will shrink and that's what I want instead of the excess fat on my lower belly. Anyone know?
